POSITION: NATIONAL SETTER

As a National Setter, you’ll be part of the SET national team, a group of experienced and highly trained professionals. Together, we’re responsible for setting high-quality routes and/or boulders at gyms across the Netherlands. We also provide opportunities for aspiring boulder setters to develop their leadership skills.

POSITION DETAILS:

• 2 to 3 days per week, 8-hour shifts

• Travel required (carpool options available)

• Setting high-quality lead and/or boulder routes

• Supporting aspiring routesetters

• Maintaining a safe and pleasant working environment
